What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Banc Transfer, Cash and Cryptocurrency.
Is a security deposit requiered?
Yes, a refundable security deposit ranging from €2,000 to €5,000 is required. If no damages are found upon return, the deposit will be refunded. Any damages will be assessed onsite, and repair costs will be deducted from your deposit.
What are the age requirements to rent a vehicle?
You must be over 21 and have a driving license for over 3 years.
Do you offer delivery service?
Yes, all over Germany and Europe depending on the duration of the period. (If long term period, delivery is free of charge)
What happens if a problem occurs during the rental?
You directly call us and manage to find a solution and if the car breaks down we will replace you the car with something similar or better from our fleet.
Can I take the rental outside of Germany?
Only if mentioned in the contract.
Who is allowed to drive the rental?
Only the person/persons mentioned in the contract.
